Best mice for medium hands with a palm grip
Palm grip rests your whole hand on the mouse, so length matters most: the shell should fill your palm without your fingertips hanging past the buttons. For a hand around 187 mm long and 88 mm wide, that means a mouse about 116–131 mm long, 60–69 mm wide and 37–44 mm tall. Ranked from our full database, updated October 2026.
